Introducing Table Conversations

Where good food meets great conversation

If you know me, you know that almost every meal I share comes with a table question. For the last six years, I’ve dreamed of creating a space to share my recipes, conversations, and wellness habits, but more than anything—table conversations is the first step toward my ultimate goal: writing a cookbook.

This idea first came to me over two years ago as a cookbook concept, and after five years of growing Good Mood Food, I realized it was time to create something that felt uniquely me. My favorite moments in life happen around the table—whether it’s trying a new restaurant, lingering over coffee for hours, or cooking something delicious to share with friends and family. I’d take a cozy dinner over a night out any day. No diamonds needed—just give me a good cappucino and let me take us down a deep, meaningful conversation rabbit hole.

What You Can Expect from Table Conversations:

Each week, I’ll share a new recipe, but not just any recipe—one paired with a table conversation starter to spark deeper, more interesting discussions. Think:

…and everything in between. Trust me, I have no shortage of random, deep, and thought-provoking questions for you to share with your table.

As a Registered Dietitian, I talk all day about the importance of quality food, but I believe the quality of the company we share it with matters just as much. That’s why Table Conversations will also include nutrition-focused discussions, myth-busting, and wellness insights to help you elevate your health in a way that feels natural and enjoyable.
