This Week From Good Mood Food
Y’all are in for a treat this week. We made this traditional Greek dish called Moussaka, and I fell in love with it. It was a more involved recipe, but so worth it & really good as leftovers. I describe it as a Greek version of lasagna with eggplant and a creamy bechamel sauce. I also made the fudgiest chickpea blondies (with an added gut-loving ingredient) and a perfect early winter salad this week!
